Responsibilities

• Provide Gordon Ramsay standard of remarkable experiences and hospitality to guests.
• Ensure correct preparation of all menu dishes in accordance with recipes, guest requests, portion control, temperature guidelines and time standards.
• Maintain all aspects of the cooking station including setup, prep, stocking, cleanliness, organization and storage; ensure sanitation and breakdown are completed properly.
