Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a hardworking Line Cook for our Milford, MA kitchen. You’ll follow recipes to perfection, prep stations, and prepare dishes that look and taste amazing in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates bring a ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain one, a minimum of 6 months cooking in a high-volume environment, and strong teamwork and communication skills to keep service smooth and guest-ready.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+.
• ServSafe certification required or obtainable before start date.
• 6 months cooking experience in high-volume setting preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and prep lists accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to spec.
• Set up and stock stations before each shift.
• Keep station clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Follow health and safety standards at all times.
• Assist with prep work and other tasks as needed.
• Work with team to make every service smooth and on-time.
