Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock your station before service.
• Complete daily food preparation (vegetables, sauces, portions).
• Run your assigned station efficiently, handling multiple orders with accuracy and proper temperatures.
• Read and follow tickets, including guest modifications and special requests.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely table-by-table service.
• Check food quality before serving for freshness, seasoning, doneness, and presentation.
• Follow food safety and allergy procedures to prevent cross-contamination.
• Keep your station clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Use kitchen equipment safely and report problems promptly.
• Complete opening and closing duties and prepare the station for the next shift.
• Work well with the team and take direction from management.
