Job summary

The Raleigh Marriott City Center in Downtown Raleigh is seeking Line Cooks to craft dishes with precision, following brand recipe cards and upholding safety standards in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

This role requires weekend and holiday availability, a professional uniform, and a proactive approach to ordering, prep, and equipment upkeep, with opportunities for growth and access to Concord-managed hotel benefits.

• Be proactive with ordering and pars, food preparations, and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles

The Raleigh Marriott City Center in Downtown Raleigh is hiring Line Cooks!

Great Opportunity to bring your culinary skills to the Raleigh Marriott City Center Hotel. This position of hotel Cook means you’ll be tempting the palettes of our guests with your attention to detail in presentation, quality, and safe serving temperatures.
