• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pasta Station: manage cooking, saucing, and plating pasta dishes with precision, ensuring doneness.
• Line Versatility: rotate across all kitchen stations (appetizers, entrées, grill, prep).
• Chef / Sous Chef Support: coordinate order flow during peak hours and oversee line cleanliness.
• Prep: prepare ingredients and sauces according to recipes and portion controls.
• Food Safety & Sanitation: maintain a clean, organized workstation compliant with health standards.
