Job summary

Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Line Cook for events, catering and culinary operations. You will prepare, cook, and plate menu items for concerts, weddings, private events, and seasonal programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Support cafe, catering, concessions, banquet, and event operations.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion consistency.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Assist with food preparation, station setup, and service execution.
• Restock workstations and maintain inventory throughout service.
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house and culinary team members.

RequiredWhat We're Looking For
