Casa Reina - Taqueria & Tequila in St. Augustine, FL is hiring part-time line cooks to support a new concept featuring creative Mexican fare and tequila-centric cocktails. You will join a seasoned team with 20+ years in the local restaurant group.

Responsibilities include preparing dishes to standards, maintaining a clean station, following safety practices, and assisting with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• Knowledge of cooking procedures, weights and measurements.
• Demonstrate ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Ability to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends & holidays.
• Stable work history.

Responsibilities
