Job summary

Left Hand is seeking a Part-time Line Cook to support extended kitchen hours at 1101 S Pearl St, Denver, CO 80210. You will prepare food to recipe specs, understand the menus and allergen concerns, and comply with health guidelines to ensure consistent quality.

The ideal candidate is 21+, loves serving people, communicates well, and works well in a team. Prior BOH and cooking experience required or preferred; KDS experience is a plus. Benefits provided.

• Minimum of 21 years of age.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A strong work ethic, team focus, and commitment to providing guests with an excellent dining experience.
• Previous BOH restaurant experience required. Previous cooking experience strongly preferred.
• Previous KDS (Kitchen Display System) experience a plus, but not required.
• Food & Beverage knowledge a plus, but not required.

We are extending our hours of operation and are in need additional people in the kitchen. This is a part time position with benefits. The Line Cook delivers a memorable food experience to every guest that comes through our door through preparation of food offerings. Adheres to recipe prep guidelines and procedures as trained to maintain consistency and provide our guests with the best possible dining experience. And serves our Team Members, Vendors, and our Pearl St neighbors the same way.

Location: 1101 S Pearl St, Denver, CO 80210.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES:
