• Able to communicate clearly with management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality, food safety, and timely dishes.
• Know all menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and safety information.
• Prepare foods using knives, mixers, blenders, scales, and bags.
• Cook foods with ovens, stoves, griddles, and broilers.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station.
• Follow Health Department standards and Snooze guidelines.
