Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and safety information.
• Prepare foods using knives, mixers, blenders, processors, scales, and bags.
• Cook with ovens, stoves, griddles, and broilers.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work station and area.
• Handle products per Health Department standards and Snooze guidelines.
