Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year restaurant experience.
• Preference for 6 months in high-volume restaurant.
• Must be 17+ years old and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and food safety, sanitation, and timely dish delivery.
• Know menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and safety basics.
• Prepare diverse items using knives, mixers, processors, scales, bags.
• Cook with ovens, stoves, griddles, and broilers.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and follow Snooze guidelines.
• Follow Health Department standards for food handling.
