Snooze Oak Lawn is hiring a Line Cook in Dallas to prepare high-quality breakfast items with a focus on speed, safety, and consistency. You will be part of a friendly, energetic team that delivers a top-notch morning dining experience.

The role requires at least 1 year in a restaurant setting, the ability to stand for long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds. We offer weekly pay, competitive hourly rates, and benefits after qualifying hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a high-volume restaurant setting preferred.
• Clear communication with management staff.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the quality, food safety/sanitation, and timeliness of dishes served.
• Familiarity with all menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and sanitation information.
• Prepares a variety of food items using knives and kitchen equipment.
• Prepares foods for service using ovens, stoves, griddles, and broilers.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work station and area.
• Handles all products per Health Department standards and Snooze guidelines.
