Job summary

Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay is seeking an intermediate line cook to join our hotel kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree, with strong communication and a solid knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures.

You will work single stations in a fast-paced environment, contribute to high quality guest experiences, and collaborate with a professional culinary team committed to excellence.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• 2 years of previous line experience preferred.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
• Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
• Able to work single station in the kitchen.
