Responsibilities

• Check freshness and quality of ingredients.
• Assist in development of menu items.
• Work with management to create memorable guest experiences.
• Set up and stock food items and supplies.
• Prepare food by cutting, chopping, mixing and sauces.
• Cook using grilling, frying, sautéing and other methods to recipes/standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of cooking areas and storage.
• Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces at shift end.
• Perform inventory checks and log food storage.
