Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to stand during entire shift, exerting up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Experience handling kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare classic recipes and flavors of a traditional New York deli.
• Ensure high food quality and speed in kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
