Job summary

Flagship Facility Services is seeking a Line Cook to produce high-quality meals using standard recipes, following safety and sanitation guidelines, and ensuring portion control across multiple service periods.

You will work in a fast-paced café/kitchen with a Monday–Friday schedule, enjoy staff meals, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401K with match. A ServSafe/food-handler card and 2+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Culinary degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2+ years of line cook experience.
• Active ServSafe/food handler certification required.

Responsibilities

• Produce food according to recipes and production sheets.
• Assist with food production and cooking duties.
• Prepare fruit, vegetables and protein using knives/cutting machines.
• Ensure quality and freshness through tasting and service readiness.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and proper rotation of ingredients.
• Follow safety/sanitation guidelines and deadlines.
• Support teamwork and time management to meet goals.
