True Food Kitchen in Boulder is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll prep, cook, and plate across stations, using careful portioning, timing, and presentation. This is part of our opening team with opportunities to grow and develop professionally.

We value 6+ months in a high-volume setting, exceptional knife skills, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. Expect a team-driven environment where speed, organization, and quality are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant (preferred).
• Exceptional knife skills and recipe execution.
• Passion for great food and quality presentation.
• Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Teamwork, speed, and organization under pressure.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, bend, reach and twist.

Responsibilities

• Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards.
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized.
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
