Snooze, the breakfast-focused restaurant, is hiring a Line Cook in Atlanta. You will craft items with high quality and care, maintaining standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities include menu familiarity, food safety, and efficient plating, with opportunities to grow within the team. Candidates should be prepared for a physically demanding role and weekend/holiday shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant industry experience.
• 6 months experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 17 years old and authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality, food safety/sanitation, and timeliness of dishes.
• Be well‑acquainted with all menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and safety information.
• Prepare a variety of food items using knives, mixers, blenders, processors, scales and bags.
• Prepare foods for service using ovens, stoves, griddles and broilers.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station and area.
• Handle products according to Health Department standards and Snooze guidelines.
