Delaware North's Morimoto Asia in Lake Buena Vista, Florida is seeking a full-time Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will prep and plate dishes following recipes and chef specifications, maintaining quality and safety standards throughout service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a prep cook or line cook.
• Ability to prioritize and complete food orders with speed and precision.
• Ability to follow procedures and take directions.
• Basic math skills to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportions.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to established portion sizes and quality standards.
• Follow department rules, policies, and procedures.
• Make sure food reaches and stays at the proper temperatures.
• Store food correctly and maintain the freshness and quality of menu items.

The opportunity

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring full-time Line Cooks to join our team at Morimoto Asia in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing dishes according to recipes and chef specifications.

Pay

$17.50 - $20.00 / hour
