The Dixboro Project in Ann Arbor, Michigan is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll work closely with the Chef Team to prepare and plate high-quality dishes while upholding safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock your station for service.
• Prepare food by chopping vegetables, etc., and assist with sauces.
• Cook dishes with the kitchen team, ensuring precision and plating quality.
• Monitor timing to complete orders promptly.
• Follow Chef instructions to maintain a smooth kitchen flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow safety protocols.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused kitchen culture.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed to support operations.
