Job summary

Logan's Roadhouse in Roanoke Rapids, NC is hiring line cooks to craft made-from-scratch dishes and support the busy kitchen.

You will prepare a variety of dishes, operate kitchen equipment, follow recipe procedures, and work with the team to deliver quality meals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment
• Previous kitchen / culinary / chef experience is preferred, but not required
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler and pizza oven desired
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to spec
• Creating all menu dishes on a made-from-scratch basis
• Adhering to recipe procedures and quality standards
• Following safety and sanitation policies and communicating clearly with managers and team members
