Logan's Roadhouse in Roanoke Rapids, NC is hiring Prep Cooks for full-time and part-time roles. You will craft made-from-scratch dishes, follow recipes, and maintain high sanitation standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• Previous kitchen / culinary / chef experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler and pizza oven desired.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from our menu.
• Follow recipe procedures to ensure high-quality food.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with Managers and Team Members.
