Job summary

Logan's Roadhouse in North Myrtle Beach, SC is hiring line cooks for full-time and part-time roles. You’ll craft our made-from-scratch dishes and contribute to a high-volume kitchen in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include preparing and cooking a variety of menu items, following recipe procedures, maintaining safety and sanitation, and communicating clearly with Managers and Team Members. Prior kitchen experience is preferred but not required, and flexibility to work different

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to operate kitchen equipment.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen tools is preferred but not required.
• Familiar with knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler and pizza oven.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes on the menu.
• Follow recipe procedures to ensure quality.
• Maintain proper safety and sanitation standards.
