Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; culinary training preferred.
• Culinary experience required.
• Flexible hours and ability to stand for long shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all storage areas.
• Complete necessary food preparation prior to opening to ensure prompt service.
• Prepare and display buffet food items according to hotel standards.
• Follow health department regulations and hotel policies.
• Support any position in the Kitchen as needed.
