Lawry's The Prime Rib in Beverly Hills is hiring a Line Cook to join a premier kitchen team. You will work with the Chef/Sous Chef to prepare and execute menu items, ensuring high quality and strict food safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating timing, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting coworkers to meet guest expectations. Experience in upscale dining and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Line Cook experience in a high-end dining establishment.
• Ability to read scales and follow recipes precisely.
• Strong understanding of food safety handling policies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Chef/Sous Chef to produce and improve menu items.
• Prepare and cook food for guests and coworkers.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness, including cold and hot prep areas.
• Read orders and coordinate timing to ensure dishes come up together.
• Wrap, label, and rotate food using FIFO when needed.
• Assist coworkers to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth service.
