Lawry’s The Prime Rib in Beverly Hills seeks a dedicated Dishwasher to help keep the kitchen clean and compliant with safety standards. You will collaborate with the Chef/Sous Chef and ensure proper sanitation, ordering, and organization of dishes and utensils.

The role requires willingness to work varying shifts, maintain personal hygiene, and follow Lawry’s appearance standards. Training provided, with benefits including dining discounts and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, some college beneficial.
• Basic math proficiency required.
• Ability to read scales and perform simple calculations.
• Basic familiarity with computers and calculators.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean kitchen and work area, following Lawry’s appearance and safety standards.
• Respect and adhere to company policies and procedures; accurately record hours, breaks, and shift changes.
• Sort, rinse, and load dishes; operate the dish machine and restock as needed.
• Assist with minor kitchen maintenance and overall restaurant cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively in spoken and written English; collaborate with team and management.
• Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions.
