The role expands on Cook I & II responsibilities, including sauté/grill duties and hot line expediting, with potential to train others and maintain high standards across all

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three+ years of experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook.
• Experience in kitchen operations and training others.
• Certificate in Culinary Arts preferred.
• Experience with various cooking methods and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain positive attitude and strong communication.
• Food safety certification- food manager.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals following recipes and standards.
• Wash and chop vegetables, cut meat, and prepare ingredients.
• Adhere to dietary and allergy procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain sanitation.
• Ensure proper portion control and serving temperatures.
• Label, stock, and organize ingredients.
• Prepare cold, grilled, and sautéed dishes; support hot line.
