LaBelle Winery in Amherst, NH is seeking a Cook II who is personable, energetic and knowledgeable about wine and food. You will perform both basic and advanced prep, handle sauté and grill stations, and uphold kitchen safety and cleanliness to protect the brand.

Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining equipment and sanitation standards, and ensuring timely dish production. This role requires weekend/evening availability and strong teamwork; prior line cook experience and food

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook.
• Culinary Arts certificate preferred.
• Experience with various cooking methods and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc.
• Adherence to all company dietary and allergy procedures
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and safe handling procedures
• Sanitation and proper food handling per guidelines
• Ensure quality, serving temperatures and portion control
• Prepare dishes per recipe standards and keep storage records
• Label and stock ingredients for easy access
• Prepare cold, grilled and sautéed dishes per specs
• Additional duties as assigned
