Thrive Restaurant Group in the United States is seeking a Line Cook (Kitchen Team Member) to contribute to our family‑owned culture. You’ll handle your prep station, follow Applebee’s recipes and specifications, and be cross‑trained across kitchen roles to uphold product quality and timely plate presentation.

We value a positive attitude, strong communication, and the ability to safely handle food prep equipment; physical mobility and the capacity to lift up to 25 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.
• Reading, writing and verbal communication required.
• Capable of using knives and slicing equipment.
• Mobility required during the shift.
• Transports cases up to 50 pounds up to 20 times per day.
• Able to respond in emergencies to avoid hazards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to Applebee’s recipes, plate presentations and specifications (50%*).
• Complete all assigned prep work (15%*).
• Set up workstation according to station diagram (15%*).
• Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all times (10%*).
• Clean and sanitize the work area before, during and after shift (5%*).
• Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects (5%*).
