Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a Line Cook (Kitchen Team Member) to join the Applebee’s Legacy Apple kitchen. You will handle prep work, cook at your station, and ensure quality, timing and presentation are up to the company standards.

You will be cross-trained across kitchen roles and learn our recipes and specifications while contributing to a friendly, family-oriented environment. Physical and safety requirements apply, with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.
• Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
• Mobility required during the entire shift.
• Capable of using knives and slicing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipes, plate presentations and specifications.
• Complete all assigned prep work.
• Set up workstation according to station diagram.
• Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all times.
• Clean and sanitize the work area before, during and after shift.
• Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects.
