Thrive Restaurant Group in Applebee’s, Legacy Apple, is seeking a Line Cook to join our Kitchen Team. You will handle your assigned prep and cook’s station, learn all menu items per our recipes and specifications, and cross-train across kitchen departments to deliver consistent quality.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and specifications.
• Ability to move and operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Must be able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to Applebee’s recipes, plate presentations and specifications.
• Complete all assigned prep work.
• Set up workstation according to station diagram.
• Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all times.
• Clean and sanitize the work area before, during and after shift.
• Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects.
