Thrive Restaurant Group in Applebee’s Legacy is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll handle assigned prep work and cook stations, following our recipes and plating standards while delivering consistent quality in a family-friendly environment.

You’ll be cross-trained in all kitchen roles, learn leadership and hospitality, and contribute to our community impact. We value a positive attitude, teamwork, and a commitment to food safety and great presentation.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to read, write and verbally communicate.
• Mobility and ability to transport items up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to work in a team and multi-task in a kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to Applebee’s recipes and specifications.
• Complete all assigned prep work and maintain station.
• Set up workstation according to station diagram.
• Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all times.
• Clean and sanitize work area during and after shift.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects.
