Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a Line Cook (Kitchen Team Member) to join our HomeGrown restaurant. You will handle assigned prep work and cook’s station, maintain high standards for presentation, quality and timing, and work cross-trained in all kitchen roles.

You will learn recipes and specifications, follow sanitation guidelines, and contribute to a fun family atmosphere that values kindness and community. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.
• Able to place items on high and low shelves.
• Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
• Able to use knives and food prep equipment.
• Mobility required throughout the shift.
• Transports up to 50 lb cases up to 20 times daily.
• Responds to emergencies to ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items per HomeGrown recipes, presentation and specs.
• Complete assigned prep work.
• Set up workstation per station diagram.
• Maintain sanitary and safe food handling at all times.
• Clean and sanitize work area before, during and after shift.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects.
