Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items for residents, guests, and personnel following standardized recipes.
• Maintain high quality and portion control in food prep and serving.
• Set up serving line per menus and procedures.
• Ensure proper food storage with labeling, dating and rotation.
• Assist in menu planning and daily production sheets.
