Qualifications

• Proven cooking experience in a food-service setting.

• Basic food handling, preparation, and cooking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, cuts, prepares, and cooks meat, fish, or poultry to a safe temperature.
• Prepares and cooks items according to menus and special dietary needs.
• Bakes breads, rolls, and pastries.
• Portions and serves food to residents, guests and team members.
• Washes cooking equipment and utensils.
• Inventories supplies and equipment.
• Determines meals and menus in collaboration with team.
• Maintains cleanliness and safe operation of galley equipment.
