Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read menus to estimate required food and procure ingredients.
• Prepare soups, salads, desserts, meats, fish, and vegetables.
• Cook using methods: bake, roast, grill, sauté.
• Ensure proper food storage and sanitation according to ServSafe and SC standards.
• Assist with rotation and stock of large orders up to 50 lbs.
