Qualifications

• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• San Diego County Food Handler certification required (employer paid).

Responsibilities

• Ensures quality and timely service for guests.
• Maintains organized mise en place at all times.
• Assists other cooks to foster teamwork.
• Prepares entrees at assigned station.
• Maintains cleanliness per health department and standards.
• Rotates stock and minimizes waste.
