Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of relevant kitchen experience or training.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

• Assists other cooks and works to foster teamwork and camaraderie.
• Prepares and presents menu items at designated line stations.
• Keeps kitchen clean and adheres to health and hotel standards.
