You will plan, prep, and execute quality food production, ensuring plating guides and room standards are met in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work all stations and maintain safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of food preparation or kitchen operations experience.
  • 6 months of upscale dining or steakhouse experience preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare sauces, menu items, and daily specials per recipes, yield guides, and plating standards.
  • Fabricate meat, fish, and poultry to meet menu specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas in accordance with Health Department regulations.
  • Provide timely guest service and uphold the company's guest service culture.
  • Communicate product shortages to the Room Chef before items run out.
  • Follow Room Chef and Room Manager directions and uphold departmental standards.
