Omni Hotels is seeking a Line Cook 2 to ensure timely preparation of all menu items and strict adherence to specifications. The candidate will work with kitchen staff, follow station guides, and maintain clean, organized prep areas to meet service deadlines.

The role requires knowledge of knife skills, accurate portioning, and the ability to operate culinary equipment safely in a high-pressure environment. Hotel kitchen experience is preferred.

• Proven ability to work without constant supervision and in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.
• Basic math skills for weights and measures and following recipes.
