Hotel Wailea is seeking a dedicated Line Cook II or III to join our award-winning culinary team on Maui. This full-time position typically schedules 5 days per week (30–40 hours), contributing to our high standards of cuisine, cleanliness, and organization in one of the Pacific's most beautiful kitchens.

Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years in Cook 2-3 or equivalent in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is ideal.
• Hands-on kitchen training will be provided for necessary processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items per executive chef specifications and fine dining standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.
• Assist in mise en place across multiple stations for efficient service.
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation meet high standards.
• Monitor inventory and communicate low stock to Sous Chefs & Purchasing Manager.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Receive and store deliveries with FIFO in mind.
