You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen providing friendly service to team members and guests while preparing breakfast items, entrees and desserts per guest orders. The role requires ServSafe certification, knowledge of kitchen sanitation, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must have ServSafe certification.
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation, operation, and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques.
• Ability to taste and smell foods.
• Knowledge of weights, measures and recipe yield.
• Possess and maintain culinary tools.
• Must tolerate high temperatures.
• Must tolerate industry-standard cleaning chemicals.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, professional customer service to team members and guests.
• Maintain current and accurate information regarding food items.
• Prepare food items per guest order including breakfast items, entrees and desserts.
• Apply proper cooking methods and rotate food per health and safety standards.
• Slice, dice, chop and prepare raw products.
• Carve meats and portion food; add gravies and garnish plates.
• Wipe and maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Maintain par levels and restock from warehouse inventory.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Promote current events and directions.
