Experience as a line cook or prep cook is preferred; strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of food safety are essential. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred.
• Basic culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow standardized recipes to prepare various dishes (appetizers, entrees, desserts).
• Measure and assemble ingredients to ensure consistency and quality.
• Monitor cooking processes, temperatures and times to avoid errors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and storage areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation to minimize waste.
