HOTEL PASEO, Autograph Collection in Palm Desert, is seeking a Cook I to prepare and cook food items according to menus, expedite orders, and guide junior staff to standards.

This boutique luxury property offers 150 guest rooms and dining at Larkspur Grill, Lemon Drop Pool Bar, and Café Paseo. The role requires stamina, knife skills, and a positive team attitude. Wage starts at $21.40 per hour; full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Competenze

• 3+ years of cooking experience or equivalent in culinary training.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety practices.
