Qualifications

• 3 years of culinary experience in a high volume, luxury hotel/restaurant.
• Extensive sanitation and culinary knowledge.
• Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid health card.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finish foods on all stations in the kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
• Assist the Chef de Partie and Chef in production execution.
