Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or equivalent work experience.
• Line cook experience preferred.
• Food Safety Handler Certification required.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume settings.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist assigned stations with plating, garnishing, restocking, and preparation.
• Maintain station organization during peak periods.
• Anticipate needs and respond quickly to requests from station leaders.
• Prepare simple proteins, vegetables, and garnishes according to standards.
• Use thermometers and visual cues to ensure proper doneness and safety.
• Maintain color, texture, and presentation consistency.
• Read tickets accurately and understand firing order.
• Coordinate timing with other stations.
• Plate items cleanly and precisely according to standards or reference images.
