The Gilpin Casino, operated by Jacobs Entertainment, Inc., seeks a Restaurant Server—Lucille Malones to deliver friendly dining experiences in a historic gaming setting.

Familiar with menu items, promotions, and hours; you’ll provide attentive service, assist with bussing, maintain a clean station, and help ensure guest satisfaction while complying with gaming and regulations. High school diploma or equivalent and legal work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with all menu items, menu prices and hours of operation & promotions.
• Provide service to guests while dining and maintain a clean work area.
• Adhere to professional appearance and customer service techniques.
• Assist Busser in pre-bussing of tables and set up/close of wait station.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with all menu items, menu prices and hours of operation & promotions
• Maintain a clean work area, professional appearance, and present positive customer service techniques
• Provide service to guests while dining
• Assist Busser in pre-bussing of tables
• Set up or close of wait station
• Clean stations and tables
• Complete daily side work
• Assist guests with questions regarding activities on the property
• Comply with Colorado Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, and IRS reporting requirements
