Responsibilities

• Prepares and presents menu items during service to meet Quest standards.
• Follows preparation lists for items needed for menus and assists in day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Duties may include bulk prep, catering prep, product receiving and cleaning.
• Assist customers and maintain line in a consistent, professional manner.
• Assist in cold prep, salads and grab-and-go production with recipes.
• Serve food on the hot line as required.
• Follow HACCP and food safety guidelines.
• Receives and puts away all kitchen deliveries.
