Urban Plates in San Jose, CA is seeking a Restaurant Line Cook for the hot side of the line. You’ll prepare, produce, and plate visually appealing dishes across bowls, carve/grill, soup, and braise stations, following Urban Plates’ recipes and procedures.

• Line Cook on hot side responsible for the preparation, production, and service of high quality foods across the Bowls, Carve/Grill, Soup and Braise stations in accordance with Urban Plates’ recipes and procedures.
