Urban Plates in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Restaurant Line Cook for the Salad and Sandwich station. As a Line Cook on the Cold Side, you will prepare, produce, and serve high-quality foods in accordance with Urban Plates’ recipes and procedures.

• Line Cook - Cold Side Team Member is responsible for the preparation, production, and service of visually appealing, high quality foods, on the “Cold Side” of the line; primarily in the Sandwich and Salad station, in accordance with Urban Plates’ recipes and procedures.
